Virtue Engineering is an MEP building services design consultancy offering a personalised approach to its clients project needs. Our approach to business is to support our clients throughout a project anywhere from desktop design to site based detail. With a wealth of experience across all building services duties Virtue have a long standing client list formed on trust and its own diligence of service. The company was formed in 2011 by Robert Virtue who took his own client side consulting experience forward to some of the more established installation contractors on the market. Robert often found himself asked to aid and assist contractor project managers both on site and remotely depending on the task at hand. Over time, it was apparent that there is a market need for floating resource available on short notice to meet often pressing deadlines. Virtue continue to provide this service and as part of its growth have moved onto providing full MEP design for contractors across all design stages, most notably within design & build contracts. Engineers at Virtue Engineering carry a wealth of practical experience developed after years on site designing live with installation contractors and their installation teams. With this experience we find ourselves in a position of ascendency against other mainstream consultancies. To mirror our clients own expectation, its engineers always design mindful of cost implications both to the end client and its own contractor clients. Virtue Engineering seek solution to all problems and with a flexible workforce mindful of abnormal project expectation we will meet even the most onerous of programs. In short, Virtue Engineering work to the deadline and the clients needs outside of the traditional in-house consultant working practices.

Virtue Engineering are a long or short term service provider with immediate availability to resource and meet the smallest or largest clients requirements. Due to our pricing strategy we are completely transparent and will walk on or off a project as and when required. We do not hold you to long contracts and neither do we play the contractual card, the idea behind our service is to provide pressure relief without all the negotiations typical of other mainstream consultancies.

A typical period of time for the engineers at Virtue Engineering can include the completion of a series of validation surveys for a mainstream sub-contractor with final drawing production in 2D Autocad. The production of a fully compliant lighting design to meet an end clients brief. File organization and dropbox compilation facilitating ease of information flow for clients and design team, ongoing across a six month program. The full time project management on behalf of an electrical contractor for one of the most prevalent international brands and the successful delivery of their new HQ, three months full time on site.
